Shipping policy

Due to covid19 shipping may take a little longer so, we ask that you please be patient with us.

Cece Candle Co utilizes the United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Shipping for standard 5-7 day shipping or FedEx for overnight shipping. We ONLY ship to your confirmed credit card billing address. No alternate addresses. No exceptions. Be aware that FedEx shipping will be higher than USPS. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

If available, overnight shipping costs typically range from $45 to $110, depending on your location. All overnight orders MUST be placed before 1:30 pm EST. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions. There are no overnight orders when we are closed (Sat/Sun). 

 

We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping is a flat rate of USD 100. We utilize FedEx for International shipping. FedEx cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. Shipping can take up to 7 business days. The customer is responsible for paying any international customs fees or import duties required upon delivery. These charges are not within our control and we have no way of determining what they may be. Customs policies/fees vary widely from country to country.
